Since founded in 1996, Gales keeps growing stably and being a close OEM/ODM business partner in kitchen appliances field. Our main products includes juice extractor, blender, food processor, coffee grinder, salad maker and chopper range. It is complied with the regulations of CCC, CE, GS, RoHS, REACH, PAHs, LFGB, CB, ETL in the market.

 

Nowadays, we have built 2 production bases with an area over 170,000 square meters. There are around 1000 employees and our annual capacity can reach 6,000,000 pieces.

 

Our production bases are set up with tooling workshop, injection workshop, hardware workshop, motor workshop, PCB workshop and assembly workshop.

Tooling workshop is equipped with professional machine for tooling design and can turn the concept into real product. We can process at least 150pcs tooling to meet different demands. The injection workshop is equipped with more than 70 automatic machines and 2 PCTG exclusively used machines.

The hardware workshop is capable to proceed the metal material with different component.

The motor workshop is equipped with 3 automatic rotor assembly lines. It can greatly improve our production efficiency and low down the defective rate. We have over 13 assembly lines. 

Each line is positioned with our quality control staffs to check the product appearance and functions before final packing. With strict quality control and the consistent efforts, we successfully achieve the accreditation of ISO 9001 , ISO14001,ISO45001,BSCI and others.

Every year our company invest a lot on product R&D consecutively to expand our product range and create more value with our customers. Our products are sold to over 100 countries aroud the world with good reputation like USA, Mexico, Germany, France, UK, Italy, Russia, Japan, Korea, Australia, Argentina, Brazil, Middle East etc.
